Combined Orders:

Orders with multiple items are shipped together in one package. If you’re purchasing a print or tiny treasure as a gift and prefer individual wrapping, please order each item separately for customized packaging.

Packaging Details:

• Family Illustrations larger than 11 x 14 and Custom Family Trees: Ship rolled and securely packaged in a tube for safe transit - mailed USPS.

• Family Illustrations 11x14 and Smaller: Ship flat in a rigid mailer, marked as “fragile”/ “do not bend” to ensure it arrives in pristine condition- mailed USPS

• Canvas Prints: Shipped directly from our production partner in a secure, size-appropriate box for added protection - mailed USPS or UPS.

• Paper Prints: Will either arrive rolled safely in a mailing tube or packed in a rigid mailer marked “fragile / do not bend” - mailed USPS.

• Originals: are generally packed, shipped and insured by UPS.

• For Custom Paintings- A great option for larger commission paintings, if discussed ahead of time, the art can be taken off the stretcher bars, rolled and shipped to your local framer to have re-stretched. This can save money, but needs to be planned for before the painting is created.

Damage Claims:

While it’s rare for items to arrive damaged (it has only happened once in 20 years!), please contact us within 6 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.
